Small group 30 day experience
6 Weekly group meetings to take a 30 day break from drinking. With the support of others also looking to make a change. We will start and look at what alcohol does for you then take a 30 day break and then reflect on results.

This can be either 1:1 or a small group, weekly meetings with each other to check in and see how we are. Whether that is sober living or drinking as much as you want whenever you want like me!

My Story
I was drinking when I had a great day, and I was drinking when I had a bad day. Before I knew it, I was drinking more than ever before. I was not an “alcoholic”. But then, why was I in control of so many areas of my life while drinking was taking over my thoughts? I falsely believed that alcohol relaxed me, it helped me sleep better, and it made me relaxed and more fun! That’s when I learned the truth in Annie’s book This Naked Mind.
